To perform legal services such as making sure legal documents are authentic, and checking the identity of the person signing the document, serving as a witness for the document being signed, collaborating with the buyer and seller, and notarizing all required signatures. Also, we would like to receive subcontracting services for off-site title notaries for auto dealerships and direct lenders for title brokerages who are overwhelm with their workload needing an outside service to provide the needs of their clientele. Mobile and Remote Online Notary is provided as well.
