“Served during Vietnam era, trained as an infantryman, 11B and 76Y . Spent 23 months at Ft Carson, did basics at Ft Polk LA, Overseas tour S. Korea, Patrolled the DMZ. Worked as the Unit Armor and became the Division Inspector for the Division. Weapon inspector, Checked the status of weapons in all units around Camp Casey, Camp House and others. Last duty was Ft Steward GA, 3 Inf Unit. Trained troops for jungle warfare. Joined the Texas National Guard when returned to Mineral Wells TX”
